What we collect

When you email us or fill out a contact form, we collect the email address you write from and whatever you choose to put in the message. That is the only personal data we actively collect. We may also collect basic, aggregated visitor statistics (page views, country, referring site) if and when we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool to the website.

What we do not collect

No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising networks. No fingerprinting. No session replay. No cross-site profiles. We do not buy, enrich, or sell contact lists.

Why we collect it

We use the email and message content to reply to you, follow up on a conversation, and remember context if you write again later. Aggregated traffic data, when we have it, is used to understand which pages are useful and which ones to improve.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and the threads they belong to are kept for 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept indefinitely because they no longer relate to an identifiable person.

Who we share it with

Nobody, with two narrow exceptions: the email provider that delivers and stores our mailbox, and a privacy-respecting analytics provider if we add one. We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or AI training pipelines.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:

• The right to access the data we hold about you.
• The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
• The right to have your data deleted (the right to be forgotten).
• The right to restrict how we process your data.
• The right to receive your data in a portable format.
• The right to object to processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Reach us through the contact form with what you would like us to do. We will respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Cookies

We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. The website may set strictly necessary cookies if a future feature requires them (for example, remembering a language choice). If we add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
